Processing and Delivery Time

  • Under normal circumstances, orders are eligible for same-day shipping if placed before the cut-off times below:
    • EU: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time.
    • US: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PST).
  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on your location and selected carrier.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping for qualifying orders:

  • US customers: Orders over $25 ship free; orders under $25 incur a $4.95 shipping fee.
  • EU customers: Orders over €25 (or equivalent) ship free; orders under €25 incur a €4.95 shipping fee.
  • Nordic countries: Orders under $100 / €100 incur an additional €20 shipping fee.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team (cs@pixmate.com) within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement shipment or offer another appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Please provide your order number and relevant photos (if applicable) to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Address Correction After Shipment

If you request an address change after the order has been shipped, an additional $18 Change of Delivery Fee will be charged.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before checkout to avoid extra fees or delivery delays.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
