1. Consumer Rights

All customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal for products purchased online.
Before purchase, consumers are informed of: product price, shipping fees, estimated delivery, and main contract terms.
Return shipping costs are usually borne by the consumer, unless Pixmate provides a prepaid return label.

EU users: Personal data is collected and processed according to GDPR. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data.
US users: Personal data is processed according to applicable US privacy laws.
All data is protected with appropriate security measures.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Payment must include product price, taxes, shipping fees, and applicable customs/import duties.
Orders are processed only after successful payment; Pixmate may cancel or refuse orders for payment issues or suspected fraud.

EU standard delivery: 1–5 business days depending on warehouse and carrier.
US standard delivery: 1–5 business days depending on warehouse and carrier.
Additional shipping fees may apply for Nordic countries, islands (US & EU), remote areas (EU), and expedited delivery requests.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges if applicable.

5. Product Safety & Compliance

EU products: CE certified, compliant with RoHS and REACH.
US products: Compliant with FCC, UL, and other applicable safety regulations.
All products include user manuals and safety instructions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, images, videos, software) is property of Pixmate or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct You agree not to:

Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Interfere with website operations
Access other accounts or restricted areas without permission
Upload viruses, malware, spam, or harmful software

8. Limitation of Liability

Pixmate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
Pixmate is not responsible for shipping delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixmate, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
