Returns, Refunds & Warranty Polic​

1. Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, you may request a full refund before your order has been shipped.
Once your order has entered the processing or dispatch stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We want you to love your Pixmate product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

  • The product must be purchased directly from Pixmate’s official website.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return shipping:

  • For defective or incorrect items, Pixmate will cover all return shipping costs.
  • For “change of mind” returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/import duties.

Refunds for defective items:
If your product is confirmed to have a quality or manufacturing defect, you can choose either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund of the purchase amount.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened consumables (e.g., label paper rolls)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased from unauthorized channels
  • Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or damage

3. Warranty (1-Year Limited Warranty)

All Pixmate products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use.

Warranty terms:

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The product must not have been subjected to misuse, accidents, modification, or unauthorized repair.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 10 days of discovering the defect.
  • Pixmate will bear the cost of repair or replacement, including shipping, if the defect is confirmed.
  • If the product is proven to have a manufacturing or quality defect, customers are entitled to request either a free replacement or a full refund.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, negligence, accidents, or use of non-approved accessories.

4. Refund Process

Once your return or warranty claim is approved, Pixmate will issue your refund within 3 business days of inspection. If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days after confirmation, please contact our support team.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the order. Pixmate does not provide refunds in cash or via alternative payment channels.

5. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Please contact our customer service team (cs@pixmate.com) before sending any item back.

Provide your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue (photos or videos recommended). Our team will review your case and provide detailed return or warranty instructions along with the correct return address.

6. Additional Notes

  • Please ship the products back to our warehouse using the prepaid return label provided by Pixmate.
  • Pixmate reserves the right to refuse returns or warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Additional fees may apply for returns from remote or island regions.
