3. Payment Terms

  • The payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
  • For “Buy Now, Pay Later” or financing options via Klarna (where applicable), the payment terms are as per Klarna’s separate agreement with you.
  • Orders will only be processed and dispatched after successful payment receipt.

4. Currency & Tax

  • For EU orders, transactions on the Pixmate EU website are processed in Euro (€).
  • For US orders, transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Prices shown include applicable VAT for EU customers when required.
  • Customers may be responsible for additional customs duties or import taxes depending on their location.

5. Invoicing

  • After placing an order, you will receive an invoice (with applicable VAT/ tax information) available for download or printing as a PDF.
  • If you require a printed invoice or one with customized details (e.g., VAT number), please contact our Customer Service immediately after placing the order.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails or is declined, please check your payment details and try again using another method or card.
  • If the problem persists, you may contact your bank or card provider for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that remain unpaid after 7 calendar days.

7. Rights of Ownership & Fraud Prevention

  • Ownership of the goods remains with Pixmate until full payment has been received.
  • All transactions are subject to verification and fraud-prevention procedures. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
